How do I place a custom order?
Select your product and enter all customization details in the box provided. Please be as specific as possible with names, colors, themes, and design ideas.

Will I receive a preview before my order is made?
If needed, you may be contacted to confirm details before your order is completed. All Custom Orders unless discussed will be sent a rendering for final approval. 

How long does it take to process orders?
Processing times may vary depending on the level of customization. Please allow time for your item to be carefully created.

Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes must be requested as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at renewedcustomsbychar@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist you.

What if I entered incorrect customization details?
Please double-check all information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer. If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
