Pre-Oder Policy
OVERVIEW
At Renewed Customs by Char LLC, certain items may be offered as pre-order products. Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock and are made, sourced, or completed after your order is placed.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. PAYMENT TERMS
All pre-order purchases require full payment at the time the order is placed.
By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Your payment will be processed immediately
• Your order will be fulfilled at a later date based on production or availability
• Estimated shipping timelines may vary
2. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
Pre-order items require additional time for production, customization, or fulfillment.
Please note:
• Processing times for pre-orders may be longer than standard orders
• Estimated ship dates will be provided when available but are not guaranteed
• Production timelines may vary based on demand, materials, or customization
We will make every effort to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible.
3. SHIPPING OF PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped only after all items in the order are available.
This means:
• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is ready
• We do not split shipments for combined orders
If you would like available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request to cancel a pre-order before the order has entered production or before the scheduled ship date.
To request a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible.
Please note:
• Cancellation requests are not guaranteed
• Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled
• Approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method
5. CHANGES TO PRE-ORDERS
Requests to modify pre-order items must be submitted as soon as possible.
While we will attempt to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS
Pre-order items may be subject to delays due to:
• Production timelines
• Supplier delays
• High demand
• Shipping carrier issues
All shipping dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Renewed Customs by Char LLC is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the custom and pre-order nature of these items:
👉 All pre-order sales are final
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
• The item is defective due to our error
• The incorrect item was received

8. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
• The item is not immediately available
• You understand the estimated production timeline
• Your order will not ship until all items are ready
• You agree to the terms outlined in this policy
