OVERVIEW
At Renewed Customs by Char LLC, all items are custom-made and created specifically for each customer. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Processing Time
All products are made to order. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days for premade items after payment is received.
Custom require additional time and are processed within 7 to 10 business days after final rendering is approved.
Processing time refers to the time required to create, prepare, and package your order before shipment.
Please note:
• Processing times may be extended during high volume periods, holidays, or for complex or custom orders
• Bulk order processing times may vary based on quantity and will be discussed directly with the customer
• Highly detailed custom orders may require additional production time
• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been completed and dispatched.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us prior to purchasing.
3.📍 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Package weight
• Order size
• Shipping destination
• Selected shipping method
Any promotions, including free or discounted shipping, will be clearly stated on our website and may be subject to exclusions.
4. Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped, not at the time the order is placed.
Estimated delivery times:
• Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are shipped via third-party carriers, including but not limited to:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
Carrier selection is determined based on the most efficient shipping method for your order.
6.📦 Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
• Provide a valid email address
• Monitor tracking updates
• Contact the carrier for delivery-related inquiries
7. ⚠️ Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• Carrier delays
• High shipping volumes
Renewed Customs by Char LLC is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
8. Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping provider.
We are not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delayed deliveries
• Packages marked as delivered but not received
• Damage occurring during transit
Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier for any transit-related issues.
9. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
10. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos
We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution.
SECTION 11 – SHIPPING INSURANCE (IF APPLICABLE)
If shipping protection or insurance is offered at checkout and selected by the customer, coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen packages may be available through a third-party provider.
If shipping protection is not selected, all claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
12. International Shipping (If Applicable)
International shipping may be available upon request.

• Customers are responsible for customs fees and taxes
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
