Return & Refund Policy
At Renewed Customs by Char LLC, all items are custom-made and created specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All products are made to order and customized, therefore:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selections made by the customer
• Customization errors submitted by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to submission.
2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all customization details are accurate at the time of purchase, including:
• Names and spelling
• Colors and design choices
• Sizes and product selections
Renewed Customs by Char LLC is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
3. ORDER CHANGES
If you need to request a change to your order, you must contact us as soon as possible.
Please note:
• Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed
• Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests when possible
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product due to our error, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To submit a request, please include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or correction.
5. NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Customer-submitted errors
• Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences
• Shipping delays or carrier-related issues
• Normal wear and tear
6. SHIPPING-RELATED ISSUES
Once an order has been shipped, all shipping-related issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
This includes:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delayed deliveries

7. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
• The item is defective due to our error
• The wrong item was sent
All refund requests are subject to review and approval.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original method of payment.
8. PROCESSING OF APPROVED CLAIMS
If your claim is approved:
• You will be notified via email
• A replacement or refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
• Additional instructions will be provided if necessary
